- MCA has extended the last date for registration of details of Independent Directors in the Data Bank of Independent Director.
- The relaxation period is increased by 2 Months earlier it was 30th April i.e., 5 months from December 1, 2019.
- Now it is 7 months.So, now all Independent Directors may update their Data upto 30th june 2020 .
